ConnectOregon is a transportation investment program put in place by the 2005 session of the Oregon Legislature.  The program invests $100 million each biennium into transportation system improvements that are not road related.  This funding stream is available to upgrade airports, marine and sea ports, the rail system, and public transit.  After the initial program, successive legislatures have reauthorized the expenditure, so we are currently working on COIII.

If you haven't turned in your ballot and need a reason to vote NO, this is for you.

   We will be calling all PCPs and other past volunteers to schedule callers for the Get Out the Vote effort for "NO" on 66 & 67. Save us the time: CALL US! Call at Headquarters, 673-5057, or call me, Linda Hellenthal at 430-4246. We will schedule your calling times. Please leave your name and phone number so we can reach you.

Defeating these measures is imperative for the future of Oregon businesses and citizens. Your attendance at the Town Hall meetings and debates, your understanding of the measures and your ability to talk to friends and neighbors, your time calling and getting out the vote are all needed in the coming weeks. Come support our Douglas County legislators as they work to get out the "NO" message. Come make calls and get out the "NO" vote.
